Everything was nice clean and neat the place is a bit old but well taken care of, The facilities are nice and the swimming pool is beautiful we had a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment where we could cook some meals, The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich and you could find options for every kind of diet, the room service came and clean the room I'm the morning even though we were checking out two hours later. I really love that we could use the pool all day long despite that after 6 p.m. there will be no lifeguard. Beds were very comfortable and clean the studios are really big and spacious, can't complain about nothing...

The owners were very friendly, they also have at the rear of the building fields with fruits and vegetables, they offer me some Strawberries and also at my arrived on my fridge space one of the owner left for me fresh strawberries. All the people that I met there were very kind with me and other guests. Like family.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Very quiet surroundings, you only hear the birds sing. Lovely view from the terrace. Big swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. Only breakfast was rather limited. In the village nearby are a few basic restaurants. We drove to Las Aguas for dinner. The place is nicer then the photos on internet.

Great for exploring the island if you are active vaccationer-teide, anaga, santa cruz, chineyro, la laguna, punta del hildago, benijo, la orotova…all very accesible by car within an hour. Great for cyclists to ride up to Mt Teide, going thtough La ototova with an amazing view and above the clouds, then still on the way up through very scenic, green and fresh corona forest and then going down to south coast, downhill through rocky and dry surroundings.ZuzanaSwitzerland

Dinner and breakfast was good-nothing special, but for the price you pay it is an amazing value. I would stay there again as a family of three persons for a couple of days for sure. It feels more like a good hostel than hotel, thus I would not stay there long time, but for couple of days it is amazing.

Special mentions to the chef as the food and service was fantastic, a real treat after a long day hiking, and the staff who made sure no request was a problem and were friendly and welcoming. The dining room was quaint and atmospheric, and was a pleasure to sit back and relax in. The pool area was a nice place to kick back and chill after a day up Teide, and wasn't overcrowded at all, felt very private.

For example Alberto help us the find a dentist within few minutes. Apart from that hotel was great because of the wide selection of healthy products for breakfast. The view to the sea from the restaurant was beautiful as well. The room was really clean and the bed and armchair was so comfortable I wish I could have them at home. This meant that we had windows on two sides and a much larger balcony than standard rooms. The room was light and airy. The staff were, on the whole, friendly.
