On the plus side, the beach wasn't crowded and didn't have anyone hassling you to buy food etc. There were lots of good restaurants on the beach, and the village had a few shops and a 24-hour convenience store. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't particularly clean, and it seamed that nobody actually cleaned it anyway. Also, there were a few too many stray dogs in the mornings. Nevertheless, I love the place as it's very natural and relaxing, and you can easily walk from the airport with hand luggage if you're only staying a few days.David - 2.0Scored 2.0

The beach was great.
The beach was great. Most of our time in Thailand we stayed at Pattong beach. We stayed there for 2 nights to be close to the airport. The beach was betthe than the Pattong one. More options for restaurants on the beach, more quiet and better vibe.Stratos PanaSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Nai Yang is very poplar as it is close to the airport. It has a very local laid back vibe which people enjoy. Beach, food, massage, markets, good range of hotels options. One of the best beaches in Phuket.

Nai Yang beach is a gorgeous stretch of soft sand and blue sea, relatively quiet in contrast to the rest of Phuket and so close to the airport without the planes being a bother. There are some beachside restaurants with delicious food and great service and a few shops and stalls in the streets behind. So calm and relaxed in contrast with other beaches in Phuket.

Beach was calm, long and very beautiful and good for swimming. Many restaurants at the beach. Nai Yang beach and this location of the hotel was one of my favorite during my vacation in Phuket.

The airport is literally around the corner and yet, it is very quiet. The hotel is also in the vicinity of Naiyang Beach (about a 20 to 30-minute walk or 7 minute taxi ride away) where you can enjoy the sunset while having drinks and food at one of the beach restaurants. The beach is nice and much less crowded than elsewhere on Phuket.

We were able to rent a motorcycle when we arrived to navigate through town on our last day in Phuket and they also arranged for a taxi to drop us off at the airport in-time for our flight. We didn't use a lot of facilities as we only stayed one night but I would definitely recommend David Residence if you have a flight to catch the day after!

Nai Yang and Nai Thon beaches are within close proximity to T-Villas. Jasmine is such a wonderful person and will always offer to help you with anything you may need. We regret not staying for longer, but will definitely be back soon! This property should at least be rated as a 4 star resort. Keep up the great work Jasmine!!

It is everything you need for your first night stay. For $40 Aud a night the rooms were clean, the location doesn’t have much to offer if you’re walking on foot but there are 7/11 stores and fast food restaurants,which are great value for money. If you just need a room to stay before you start your adventures without splurging too much this is 10/10
